  • Chef information: cuisine type, pickup address, contact details

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Feedo service
  • Process and fulfil orders
  • Send order confirmation and status emails
  • Verify chef identities and maintain platform safety

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide the service. When you place an order, your name and contact details are shared with the chef to fulfil the order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use session cookies for authentication. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) to understand how the platform is used. No personal data is shared with analytics providers.
