By accessing or using the Feedo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Feedo is a marketplace that connects home cooks ("Chefs") with customers seeking homemade food. Feedo acts solely as a platform facilitating these connections and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the food offered.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Chef Obligations

Chefs using Feedo agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable food safety laws and regulations in Australia
  • Accurately describe their food, including allergen information
  • Maintain appropriate food handling standards
  • Honour confirmed orders and communicate promptly with customers
  • Obtain any required food business registration or permits

5. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information
  • Pay for orders as agreed at time of purchase
  • Communicate respectfully with chefs
  • Report any food safety concerns promptly

6. Payments

Payments are made directly between customers and chefs via PayID or cash. Feedo does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel pending orders before they are confirmed by the chef. Once confirmed, cancellations are at the chef's discretion. Refund policies are agreed directly between the customer and chef.

8. Limitation of Liability

Feedo is not liable for any food-related illness, injury, or damage arising from food purchased through the platform. Feedo does not guarantee the accuracy of chef listings or the quality of food provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Feedo platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of Feedo. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Feedo a licence to display it on the platform.

10. Termination

Feedo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
